Marilyn Eth, of Montvale NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 5, 2017 after suffering a long and debilitating illness. She was surrounded by her loving family. One brave woman, at the age of 90. The family will sit shiva on Wednesday, March 8 and Thursday, March 9 from 3 to 9 PM.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 7 PM. All services will take place at the family home. Marilyn was the true representation of a renaissance woman. For all intents and purposes, she raised 3 children as a single parent. She was highly educated and highly motivated. Marilyn was a registered nurse and a highly respected Health Educator, earning her Masters Degree while working full time to support her family.
She developed many strong friendships that lasted from her late twenties until the time of her passing. This represents her very strong character, devotion, and loyalty to those around her, whom she loved dearly. Marilyn is survived by her three very grateful children, Robert, Susan, & Joan, and her son-in-law, Scott.
Also, by her loving grandchildren, Daniel, Corey, Andie, Jonathan, Katie & her great granddaughter, Skylar. Predeceased by her older and loving sister, Elaine Muskat and her parents Leo and Ann Lowenthal.
