Marilyn - Miki - Gurman
Birthday: 1936 - 2021
With a broken heart, we share that our lovely mother Marilyn/Miki has passed.
Always a heart of a community, always beating the odds, always loving our family, our friends, and all relatives. Smart about the love you share, smart about loving all your friends and relatives, smart about sharing your heart with all who stood in front of you! Consummate teacher - always telling us to remember to read between the lines and make sure we knew that G-d put spaces in between the words on a page. Those spaces were left for our thumbprint!
It has been about 20 years since our Dad's passing. It is much comfort to know Mom and Dad are now back together.
We are heartbroken yet so grateful to all the people at Stein Assisted Living for their care and wonderful support. To all our friends and family we love you for all your support during such a difficult time. She loved so many and fought so long to be with us. May her memory be a blessing.
She is survived by daughters Grace and Fayth, son-in-law Ken, and grandchildren Madison and Jade.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Berkeley Heights Volunteer Rescue Squad (i.e., ambulance service in our area), who helped our Mom to and from so many places too numerous to mention.
Questions about Shiva should be directed to Schoem's, or directly from the family.
I pray these things never end. The sand and the sea, the rush of the waters, the prayer of the heart. -Eli Eli Oh God my God.
