GOLDBERG- Howard S. 92 of Wyckoff and Fair Lawn, NJ left us on December 3, 2021.
Born in Brooklyn, NY to Joseph and Laura, Howard moved to Paterson, NJ in his early years. He graduated from Eastside High School and then went on to the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from The Wharton School. During the Korean War, he proudly served in the US Coast Guard aboard the USS Absecon. His work in hospital administration and internal audit was at the Brooklyn Hospital in NY. More than anything else, Howard loved spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife Marlene (nee Greenbaum) to whom he was married for 67 wonderful years, daughter Sue Ann Levin (Steven), sons Larry (Karen) and Lee (Debra), grandchildren Sara Bader (Richard), Alison Kranz (Michael), Brad, Adam, Jake, Molly, and Zane, and great-grandchildren Zachary, Dani, and Leo. He also leaves behind nieces, nephews, and friends who loved and admired him. Howard was predeceased by his two older brothers Robert and Arthur.
A private funeral was held on Monday, December 6th under the supervision of Robert Schoem's Menorah Chapel, in Paramus, NJ
